Preserved in accordance with the New York State Historic Preservation Department, the original Toll House at the Bear Mountain Bridge included extensive site work for new parking facilities, a new well, and an updated septic system that worked in tandem with its naturally composting rest rooms. All new windows and doors were carefully crafted to match the original designs and finishes. RJM Construction worked carefully through its affiliate, Marquise Construction, and the Town of Cortlandt to bring this project in line with the required budget and schedule.
