RJM Construction Associates Corporation, a general contracting and construction management company, specializes in commercial, municipal and residential construction.
Established in 1990, RJM Construction Associates has in excess of
50 years of experience in the private and commercial sectors,
encompassing all phases of construction from basic warehouses to
sophisticated research laboratories to high-tech offices to all aspects
of residential construction.
RJM Construction Associates’ diversification allows the aptitude for
both renovations, alterations, and new construction, large or small,
to accomplish the requirements of our clients.
With this experience and long standing in the construction industry,
RJM Construction Associates is fortunate to have established an

ized sub-contractors and exceptional finish contractors, affording the
production of exceptional quality projects that are “on time and within

RJM has a proven record to maintain open communication between the owner, the design team, building officials, and sub-contractors in order to perform all work in a harmonious and professional manner for a superior project in the most cost-effective way.
RJM Construction Associates has a number of subsidiary arms in the construction industry. One, of which, is Marquise construction company, a development corporation noted by New York Construction magazine as one of the top 100 contractors for several years. Additionally, RJM established and are principles in Top Level Solutions, Inc., a certified construction material testing company and Five Star Commercial Builders, Inc., which specializes in modular construction for student housing and multi-family projects.
