This project called for the complete demolition of a 30,000 square foot building and the construction of a new 14,000 square foot CVS pharmacy consisting of building excavation, cast-in place concrete, complete build-out, and all interior and exterior finishes. The total demolition and construction schedule was sixteen weeks.
