Building Improvements
As general contractors, RJM Construction Associates provided all services for this multi-phased project per the design of Perkins Eastman Architects. The work included the complete demolition and re-construction of the interior locker room and shower areas utilizing high-end marble and granite finishes, custom millwork, as well as all the required mechanical trades. The existing dining room area also given a complete overhaul and expansion with the addition of an exterior patio comprised of blue stone decking, custom railings, and an exterior bar. All landscaping was coordinated in tandem with new construction.
