Historic Renovation
Designed by Acari and Iovino Architects, this 100-year old state-registered historic landmark renovation project required extensive demolition, removal, restoration, re-finishing, and re-installation of selective decorative moldings, wainscoting, and trim over 6,000 square feet in order to match the original construction. The rehabilitation of library also included the delicate repair of the original plasterwork that had deteriorated over the years. Further work on this project also included the construction and installation of extensive customized millwork and doors as well as new acoustic ceilings, ceramic tile, carpeting, and paint.
