Working as co-construction managers and general contractors, this 43,000 sf multi-use project consisted of a three story post-tension concrete office and retail building attached to an 8,000 sf post-tensioned concrete parking garage with a pool deck. It is enveloped by 102,000 sf of residential living including 45 apartments and two condominiums.
