As general contractors, RJM Construction Associates built a new 7,500 sf museum for those awarded the Purple Heart Medal. The two-floor project included the excavation of a fifteen foot deep foundation, reinforced concrete, structural steel, metal decks, timber framing, and a hydraulic elevator . Finishes included ground face masonry, slate, and carpeting.

Transforming a 2,300 square foot condo in Pompano, FL was an exciting journey. The renovation featured selective demolition, the removal of outdated flooring and popcorn ceilings, and updates plumbing and electrical systems. The result was three stunning new bathrooms and a modern kitchen, showcasing sleek cabinets andities. Large format travertine floor tiles and exquisite new trim and millwork added a fresh and elegant touch throughout the space.
